Did you know that therapy can be fun and effective at the same time? My sessions with clients are filled with laughter, joy, tears, swearing …. if I’m asking you to bring your authentic self, I need to show up too. I bring my humor into the room, get incredibly excited at your successes (I’ve been known to shed a few tears of happiness), and I feel and hold your pain right alongside of you.

I love building connections with my clients because that’s how we get the work done. Creating a safe environment allows us to dig deep and work through the really heavy pieces of life that you’re carrying.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and have worked in the field for over 10 years. While my work over the years has covered various issues, I’ve always had a primary focus in eating disorders. I’ve worked in sexual violence and suicide prevention, and my work in outpatient therapy has provided me a vast range of experiences supporting people through trauma, anxiety, parenting struggles and so much more.

I’ve sat on both sides of the therapeutic experience. My personal and professional experiences bring together a blend of understanding, compassion and expertise.

I am an anti-diet, Health at Every Size, aligned therapist. I support and welcome all identities.
